Can my customers get courier tracking numbers and can I monitor the delivery of a parcel?
We pass back the tracking information to your e-commerce platform so that you or your customers can track their orders.
The notifications will appear at the very top of the page alongside your current balance. These notifications are colour coded. Those with a light blue background inform you of how much storage space has been used, those in salmon pink show you that an order has been successfully delivered and a red background states that a particular order has not been able to have its delivery completed – alongside its reference number.
Within the Orders section, you can also get an overview of the status of your orders, including those currently in transit to the customer and those that have been successfully delivered. Alongside each order, you will see a link labelled ‘Info’ which will give you all the information relating to its dispatch, its desired delivery address and parcel contents.
The ‘Track’ link will show you the available tracking information depending on which service has been used to deliver your order. Limited information is available for Second Class, for instance, while next day and courier orders will have full tracking information provided.
