Can I customise the information that goes with an order, for example an invoice or compliment slip?

When orders are despatched to your customers, we will include a generic despatch note that details the pertinent information relating to the customer’s purchase and delivery. We also have the facility to use your company logo to personalise the despatch note.

The very low prices to use Cloud Fulfilment are achieved by automating the picking, packing and shipping process. Other processes that step outside of this finally tuned operation would reduce our ability to keep costs low. Adding gift messages and wrapping is something we offer, but it is charged separately.
